Eliza was born and raised in the hills of rural Northern England, just shy of Brontë country. After spending a childhood reading all the Harry Potter, Enid Blyton, and Eva Ibbotson she could find, she grew up to value reading and books above most things. This – combined with an early love for Shakespeare, poetry, and theatre – propelled her to study for a BA in English at King’s College London where she is in her second year. When not in the library or burrowing her way through books, she can be found acting, directing, and stage managing in student theatre, grabbing cheap tickets for her favourite plays, or swanning around central London’s art galleries, trying to take it all in.
